Brent Faiyaz just announced his upcoming album, set to release on February 13.
After delays, Brent Faiyaz is finally dropping his highly anticipated album, ICON. The project is executive produced by Raphael Saadiq, which immediately raises expectations. Saadiq’s involvement signals intention, musicianship, and records built to last. The album also includes contributions from Chad Hugo, one half of The Neptunes, adding another layer of intrigue to the soundscape.
The full track listing has also been revealed, with each record stylized in all lowercase with a period at the end:

-
white noise.
-
wrong faces.
-
have to.
-
butterflies.
-
other side.
-
strangers.
-
world is yours.
-
four seasons.
-
pure fantasy.
-

With this lineup of collaborators and a tightly curated tracklist, expectations are high. No word on collaborations and features, but we’ll see how it all comes together when the album arrives on February 13.
